Own execution of product development and sourcing strategies, acting as the primary liaison between Design, Technical Design, Merchandising and Vendors;
Lead the development team and cross functional partners through the product development timeline from seasonal strategy to launch;
Coordinate with designers, technical designers, merchandising, and vendors in taking product from concept to production;
Develop a Global Sourcing Strategy aligned with corporate initiatives;
Perform Product Review Meetings to evaluate samples and address specifications, materials, or pricing challenges
