- Desire to work on many different types of projects and take ownership of those projects
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Knowledge of all phases of design and construction from Schematic Design through Project Closeout
- Strong Autodesk Revit, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD experience
