Required Skills

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification or eligible in OB/GYN
• Valid and unrestricted medical license in Missouri
• Proven experience in obstetrics and inpatient hospitalist roles
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to handle high-volume obstetrics with efficiency and compassion

Nice to Have Skills

• Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Level 3 experience
• Experience managing gynecologic emergencies
• familiarity with EMR systems
• Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills

Preferred Education and Experience

• Fellowship or additional specialized training in obstetrics
• At least 2 years of hospitalist experience in a high-volume obstetric environment
• Experience working in Level 3 NICU settings

Other Requirements

• Availability to start on 12/31/2025
• Commitment to maintaining current certifications, including BLS, ACLS, and NRP
• Travel reimbursement and licensure support when applicable
