Salary: $115 - 130 per hour

An opportunity for an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgery PA is now open. This assignment offers a consistent, ongoing need with the potential for a long-term contract.

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.
• Adult patient population.
• Work alongside a supportive team including two RNs and one MA.

• Consistent coverage needed for only 7-14 shifts per month.
• Clinic days are scheduled from Tuesday to Thursday.
• 24-hour in-house pager call is required with a 20-minute response time.

• First-assist duties and vein harvesting are required.
• Manage cardiothoracic surgery clinical patients and handle OR call.
• Perform H&Ps for admissions.
• Experience with chest tubes and managing central lines is preferred.

• Active ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• A minimum of 24 months of Cardiothoracic Surgery experience.

• This facility will wait for you to obtain a Missouri license.
• Temporary privileges are available to expedite your start.

• All travel and lodging arrangements are handled for you.
• A rental car will be provided for the assignment duration.
