We are seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician licensed in Missouri (MD or DO) to join our Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice and build their own patient panel of 800-900 patients.
- The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and capable of providing exceptional, relationship-based care.
- Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:00, with minimal evening and weekend call.
- Starting with a base salary of $85,000, which increases as the patient panel grows, reaching up to $255,000 annually.
- Full-time hours and panel size growth will be phased in over time.
- Benefits include vacation, holidays, medical, dental, retirement, and 401(k) with matching.
- Requires a Doctorate and Medical License; position can be full or part-time, in person.
