JOB TITLE:

Campus Visit Coordinator

Hourly / Non-exempt / Full time

JOB SUMMARY:

Schedule all prospective students' visits to campus and answer questions about Evangel's programs and offerings. Oversee 30 EU Student Hosts.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Schedule individual student itineraries for campus visits

* Communicate with professors and coaches to determine availability and schedule appointments

* Supervise 30 EU Student Hosts as well as work studies

* Prepare monthly/yearly/cumulative visit reports

* Continually improve our visit program

* Assist Admissions Receptionist as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

* High school graduate (college graduate preferred)

* Multi-tasker

* Relate well to high school and college students

* Able to work in a high-stress environment

* Able to communicate effectively with students, parents, faculty, staff, and the general public

* Good interpersonal, supervisory and organizational skills

* An appreciation for Christian liberal arts education, and strong working knowledge about Evangel's programs and offerings

* Love of Evangel (Evangel graduate preferred)

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Be conversant with computers and office-related software (Word, Excel, Access, Microsoft Office)

* Must maintain and safeguard confidential information
