Summer Camp Educators will shuttle campers between Dogwood Canyon Nature Park and Wonders of Wildlife. This position may also assist with a variety of educational programs including classroom, outdoor skills, guest engagement, community programs, school group programs, trailside activity stations, and more.

As a Seasonal Summer Camp Educator, your daily expectations will revolve around creating an engaging and educational environment for campers. You will lead interactive activities, including hands‑on experiments and creative arts and crafts that highlight the importance of wildlife conservation. You'll help further our mission while effectively communicating key concepts to children of various ages. Collaboration with fellow educators and leadership is essential, as you'll work together to foster a fun and inclusive atmosphere, ensuring every camper feels welcome.

Safety is a priority; you'll supervise campers closely during all activities and transitions.

Additionally, you will encourage curiosity and critical thinking by sparking discussions about wildlife and the environment, allowing campers to explore their interests and learn in a supportive setting.
