Our programs are designed to inspire and equip individuals with the tools they need to succeed.

Role Description

This is a volunteer role for a Homeschool Community Outreach Volunteer. The volunteer will engage with homeschooling families, build strong community relationships, and support and facilitate communication between KSA Waymaker Unlimited and homeschooling families. Additionally, the volunteer will support the connection building of homeschooling families with KSA Waymaker Unlimited to ensure a supportive and resourceful environment for the homeschooling community. This is a remote role that requires consistent and proactive engagement.

Flagship Program

Our flagship program, Thrive in Motion, is a transformative course designed to equip teens with the character, leadership, and entrepreneurship skills needed to grow in purpose and economic mobility. As a volunteer, you'll play a key role in expanding access to this life-changing opportunity by:

  • Reaching out to homeschool networks, associations, and co-ops
  • Introducing them to our mission and the Thrive in Motion course
  • Supporting the improvement of presentations, emails, or outreach materials
  • Helping us foster long-term relationships that benefit families and teens
Qualifications
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Experience with Community Engagement and Management
  • Customer Service skills to support and facilitate a positive community experience
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in education or community work is a plus
