** Role Overview
** Arrow ECS is looking for an experienced
** Global Product Marketing Manager*
* ** to take over the product marketing responsibilities for*
* ** Cloud health.
** In this role, you will be responsible for positioning and messaging Cloud health to the market working with our global marketing team and building competitive differentiators. You will partner closely with Broadcom product management and marketing organization to ensure effectively communicate the Cloud health value proposition, enable revenue growth, and deliver compelling product experiences to customers. You will develop and roll out all required sales enablement resources and materials for our sale force to go to market successfully.
** What You'll Be Doing
*** Craft clear, compelling product positioning and messaging tailored to the Cloud health partner community and end-users as well as internally for enabling the sales teams
* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform strategy and identify opportunities as well as to create the Cloud health business intelligence needed to compete successfully
* Partner with product management to influence roadmaps and ensure market fit
* Create and manage sales enablement tools, including sales/pitch decks, product demos, battle cards, and case studies, and any needed resources to successfully go-to-market
* Collaborate with sales strategist and marketing to develop campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and retention
* Measure and report against KPI’s on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives
* Act as a product evangelist at events, webinars, customer meetings, and with partners globally
** What We're Looking For
*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing within the technology or software industry, ideally in selling Saas and/or Cloud solutions.
* Strong understanding of go-to-market planning, customer segmentation, and buyer personas.
* Proven track record of developing messaging frameworks and product positioning throughout the entire product lifecycle.
* Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong customer orientation and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
