Maximum credit hours per 12‑month period: 12 Credit Hours per 12 Month Period – Springfield Campus
Description of Primary DutiesThe Social Work Program offers BSW and MSW degrees. Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work and at least 2 years post‑MSW social work practice experience. Prior teaching experience is preferred. Openings exist for Social Work Practice courses at micro, mezzo, and macro levels and an elective in Substance Abuse. Course instructors should have knowledge of web‑based technology, strong communication skills, and be willing to hold office hours as needed.
MinimumAcceptable Qualifications
Master’s degree or the equivalent professional experience in a field deemed acceptable by the Dean.
