Elementary 2nd & 3rd Grade Teacher

Overview

Kinetic Bridges Academy seeks a Christian educator to teach a combined second and third grade classroom in a hybrid learning environment. The role involves building relationships with students, families, and staff while providing Christ-centered instruction.

• Teach core elementary subjects to the combined 2nd and 3rd-grade classroom (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
• Plan engaging lessons for a variety of learning styles and abilities.
• Communicate regularly with families and provide student support on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
• Integrate biblical truth and Christian character into daily instruction.
• Create a safe, respectful, engaging, and joyful classroom environment.
• Assess student progress and provide meaningful feedback.
• Participate in parent conferences, faculty meetings, and school events.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership.

• Agreement with Kinetic Bridges Academy’s Statement of Faith and a personal growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for helping children grow academically and spiritually.

Preferred:

• Previous elementary classroom teaching experience.
• Experience in public, homeschool, hybrid, or Christian education settings.
• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs.
• Missouri teaching certification.

On Campus – Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

Remote Support – Tuesday & Thursday:
Planning, grading, parent communication, and student support.

• Salaried position paid bi-weekly over 12 months.
