The Seasonal Coach advances Principia by supporting the management and delivery of Upper and Middle School athletic programs while fostering character development, sportsmanship, and care for each student‑athlete. Reporting to the Athletic Director, this role collaborates closely with fellow coaches, students, and families to create a positive, disciplined, and engaging athletic experience aligned with Principia’s values.

This position plays an essential role in team practices, competitions, and program operations across a variety of sports, contributing to a well‑rounded athletic program that supports students’ physical growth, teamwork, and leadership development.

Seasonal Coaches may support one or more of the following programs:

• Winter:
  Basketball, Boys & Girls Wrestling, Swimming

• Assists with planning and leading organized practices and athletic events

• Meets regularly with the Head Coach during the season to support overall program direction

• Assists with setup, operation, and breakdown of home and away competitions
