Jackson School District is hiring Substitute Teachers!
We have the following opportunities available:
- 4 days per week
- Daily Substitutes-work as needed
Pay rate is based on education and certification:
- Substitute Certification (60 credits or 30 credits if currently enrolled in school) - $130.00 per day
- Substitute Certification with a BA or MA Degree - $150.00 per day
- NJ Department of Education Certification (CE, CEAS, Standard) - $170.00 per day
Note:
Opportunities may arise for CE/CEAS and Standard certificate holders to do long term Leave of Absence coverage.
Long Term (8 weeks) will be $225 per day.
ScheduleAll substitute teachers are obligated to work seven (7) hours per day according to the following schedule:
