** The Thomas Hill Energy Center is accepting applications for our
** General Utility
** candidate pool. This posting is intended to build a pool of qualified candidates for future interview and hiring consideration as openings become available.

As a General Utility, you will support safe, efficient plant operations through general labor, cleaning, grounds maintenance, and team support at Thomas Hill Energy Center.
** What You’ll Do
*** Perform plant, coal yard, and grounds cleaning and general labor.
* Mow and maintain grounds using tractors and equipment.
* Help with painting, hauling trash, and plant upkeep.
* Operate a vacuum truck to remove fly ash.
* Support multiple departments and write work requests as needed.
** What You’ll Need
*** High school diploma or GED required.
* Minimum of one-year industrial mechanical or electrical background
* Obtain passing result from the applicable pre-employment test(s).
* Basic computer skills required.
* Experience in plant operations, industrial work, or power generation, is preferred.
