Electrical Supervisor - Conveyor & Material Handling; in Springfield

Position Summary

We are seeking seasoned Electrical Supervisors with 10+ years of experience in conveyor and material handling systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large field teams, working with various MHE integrators, and ensuring safety and quality on fast‑paced job sites.

• Supervise and lead teams of 50+ field employees on large-scale MHE projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure timely quality installations.
• Maintain and enforce safety protocols and daily documentation.
• Travel 100% of the time to project sites across the U.S. (with paid trips home).
• Mentor junior staff and promote a culture of safety and accountability.

• 10+ years of experience in conveyor/material handling systems.
• Experience with multiple MHE integrators.
• Demonstrated progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Electrical license.
• Certifications:
  
  OSHA 10/30, NFPA 70E, Equipment operation training.
• Strong computer skills:
  Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word; 3D model viewers (e.g., Navisworks, BIM 360).
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual is a plus.
• Deep understanding of daily safety paperwork and policies.
• Must provide professional references.
