This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Engineer located in the Springfield-Branson, Missouri area. As a Field Engineer, you will perform troubleshooting and technical support to ensure optimal operation of stainless steel systems. Additionally, you will oversee project execution, conduct inspections, manage construction processes, and coordinate with clients and internal teams. This role requires hands‑on field service and communication with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Qualifications- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectively
- Experience in field service operations and delivering on‑site technical support
- Knowledge of project management principles, including planning, coordination, and execution
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment
- Familiarity with stainless steel construction and manufacturing industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Willingness to travel regionally to job sites as required
