Senior Quality Engineer – Springfield, MO
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to lead continuous improvement and maintain top-quality standards within our manufacturing operation.
Responsibilities- Lead and oversee product quality, process capability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure manufacturing operations comply with ISO standards and support audit preparation.
- Maintain document control, root cause analysis, and design of experiments processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve quality objectives.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO compliance, audit preparation, and document control.
- Proficiency with SPC, RCA, and DOE.
- Certification as CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt, or equivalent.
Competitive pay ($110,000–$130,000/year) plus strong benefits and a stable, growth‑oriented organization.
