$125,000+ DOE

Responsibilities

System Design and Installation:

  • Design and develop ammonia refrigeration systems, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and associated equipment.
  • Oversee the installation of new refrigeration systems and modifications to existing systems.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and prepare proposals and technical specifications for new projects.

Technical Support and Training:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to other engineers, technicians, and maintenance personnel.
  • Conduct training sessions on the operation and maintenance of ammonia refrigeration systems.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ammonia refrigeration systems, including hands‑on experience with system design, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., R‑22 or ammonia refrigeration certifications) are required.
  • In‑depth knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems and related equipment.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for system analysis.
  • Ability to understand and conduct training sessions on the operation and maintenance of ammonia refrigeration systems.
