We are seeking an experienced Lead Civil Engineer to join a growing civil engineering team. This role leads design efforts on civil infrastructure projects including water/wastewater, stormwater, transportation, and site development.
Responsibilities- Lead civil engineering design and project execution
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Mentor junior engineers and support technical development
- Communicate project status with clients and internal staff
- Support development of standards, tools, and processes
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field
- PE license required
- 5+ years of experience
- AutoCAD, Civil 3D or Open Roads
- ArcGIS experience
- Strong knowledge of civil design (hydrology/hydraulics)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and independent problem-solving skills
