We are seeking a Civil Engineer Project Manager (Land Development) to join our growing team in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to design and deliver innovative land development solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients across commercial, institutional, and energy sectors.

- New school and institutional developments
- Commercial real estate and mixed-use projects
What You’ll Do:
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in shaping land development projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing site layouts, grading plans, and utility infrastructure
- Developing stormwater management systems and water quality best management practices (BMPs)
- Preparing and reviewing engineering plans and technical documentation
- Coordinating with clients, contractors, and local government officials
- Managing projects through conceptual design, regulatory approvals, bidding, and construction
- Researching and applying local codes, ordinances, and jurisdictional requirements
- Supporting project delivery to ensure successful completion—from the initial concept to the grand opening
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering (M.S. preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive engineering experience in land development or related civil engineering work
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
- Proficiency with engineering software including AutoCAD / Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and Hydra Flow
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret and apply local regulations and development codes
- Experience with commercial real estate site design is a plus
