Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will work on various projects with a multidisciplinary team on engineering design packages for major tailor‑made equipment’s to the strictest specifications of our customers.

• Design electrical plans/schematics for overhead material handling systems
• Produce functional descriptions and calculations
• Prepare purchase requests
• Document completed projects (operation and maintenance manual)
• Prepare and participate in factory tests
• Remotely prepare and support site tests
• Provide technical assistance to the customer

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant design experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Knowledge of the NEC (National Electrical Code), NFPA standards and local codes
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of Autocad Electrical
• Sense of organization, resourcefulness, autonomy and rigor
• Availability to travel to Canada occasionally
