Are you a seasoned water and wastewater professional looking to make a broader impact? Bartlett & West is seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Technical Leader to serve as a trusted technical expert across our growing organization. In this role, you’ll provide technical leadership on complex water treatment and wastewater projects, mentor engineering teams, support business development efforts, and help deliver innovative solutions for clients throughout the Midwest and beyond.

You’ll work alongside multidisciplinary teams, guide project strategy and design, contribute to proposal development, and help shape the future of our water practice.
What We're Looking For:
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- 10+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering
- Strong technical expertise in treatment facility planning, design, and project delivery
- Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership
- Passion for solving complex infrastructure challenges and building client relationships
