You will organize workload, manage the engineering team, and drive projects from concept through start of production. Collaborate with CAD, manufacturing, QA, and vendors to ensure DFMEA/DFM, PPAP compliance, and timely delivery within budget, mentoring engineers and leading gate reviews with executive teams.
