Responsibilities
- Lead virtual engineering activities supporting body manufacturing requirements
- Use Teamcenter, TcVIS, NX, and Tecnomatix Process Simulate/Designer to assess manufacturability
- Evaluate weldability, access, sealing, part handling, and related body‑in‑white requirements
- Partner with Product Engineering, Stamping, Paint, Body Manufacturing Engineering, and IT to resolve issues early
- Drive best practices, process improvements, and tool innovation across global teams
- Support KPI tracking, issue reporting, engineering changes, and virtual manufacturing studies
- Help develop and improve tools, automation, and data‑driven workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience
- Experience with Siemens Teamcenter, TcVIS, NX, and Tecnomatix Process Simulate/Designer
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with Excel and macro creation or similar automation tools
- Experience collaborating across global and cross‑functional teams
