Experienced Civil Engineer

Advantage Tech is seeking an Experienced Civil Engineer focused on Water Resources to support our clients across diverse industries. In this role, you'll lead and contribute to design and analysis of stormwater, drainage, and watershed projects, leveraging modern modeling and CAD tools. You will prepare technical reports, plans, and calculations; support permitting and regulatory compliance; and collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support water resources engineering analysis and design for client projects
• Develop hydrologic and hydraulic models and prepare engineering calculations
• Produce plans, specifications, and technical reports using CAD and GIS tools
• Coordinate with clients, regulators, and internal teams to support permitting and compliance
• Manage schedules, deliverables, and quality standards across multiple concurrent projects
• Integrate IT-enabled tools and workflows to improve project efficiency and data quality
