Project Engineering Manager

Refresco Beverages US Inc seeks a Project Engineering Manager to lead capital and process improvement projects in a high-volume beverage manufacturing environment. This role directs engineering initiatives from concept through commissioning, managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency. The manager will coordinate vendors and contractors, optimize production lines, support new equipment installations, and drive continuous improvement while modeling Refresco's culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration in a fast-paced plant setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of capital and process improvement projects in a beverage manufacturing plant
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and safety teams to minimize downtime
• Oversee external vendors, contractors, and engineering partners
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Drive continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
• Develop technical documentation, project reports, and ROI analyses
• Support commissioning, start-up, and validation of new lines and equipment
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and project team members
• Identify and prioritize projects aligned with plant and corporate strategy
