Assist in all aspects of Service Department operations including unit inventory procedures and pre-delivery inspection (PDI).;
Greet customers and answer service, warranty, and parts questions in person or by phone.;
Assist with unloading and VIN verification of new units, update IDS inventory and conduct physical inventories.;
Explain unit and accessory operation, break-in, and maintenance procedures to customers; assist with warranty repair authorization and related IDS work orders.;
Support scheduling of work in the department and maintain a clean, professional work area.
