This is a full-time, on-site role based in Springfield, MO, for a Home Equity Loan Specialist. In this role, you will assist members in securing home equity loans by evaluating applications, gathering all required documentation, and ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulations. You will communicate effectively with members to explain loan terms, answer inquiries, and guide them through the loan process.

Additional responsibilities include collaborating with team members, processing applications accurately, and meeting service standards.

• Experience in the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending knowledge
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Familiarity with processing Loans and related documentation
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and strong computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in mortgage or finance are a plus
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing regulations
