Under general supervision, this position is responsible for utilizing the Laser Pro loan documentation system to prepare consumer and commercial loan documents for various loan types. Performs collateral perfection on consumer real estate transactions and maintains all data files and loan documents for loans in the process of closing. Provides support for the Consumer, Retail Banking, and Commercial departments as well as external customers regarding questions related to loan documents, payment information, and title work.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMental alertness and adaptability to office and field area work routines. Equivalent to four years high school or GED, with particular emphasis during high school in office skills, shop skills, or others, plus 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
