Practice Management Coordinator
The Practice Management Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the firm's practice management functions. In collaboration with the region's Practice Management Regional Leader, this position is responsible for coordinating accounts payable, accounts receivable, time reporting, billing, and other administrative activities while ensuring compliance with firm policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Respond promptly to staff and partner inquiries, implement and communicate process updates, and actively facilitate effective communication, operational efficiency, and consistent procedures within practice management.
- Review and complete requests regarding new client and engagement set-up, as well as client maintenance updates such as addresses, billers, and related client information.
- Process, review, and coordinate client accounts receivable statements, finance charge adjustments, client refunds, unallocated payments, and other A/R-related adjustments, including support for accounts past due.
- Assist with client billing and invoicing by drafting, reviewing, sending invoices, and providing copies as needed.
- Support accounts payable activities by setting up vendors, coding and entering invoices, scanning invoices, and credit card reconciliation.
- Review weekly time and expense reports.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Associate's degree or completion of a technical/trade school program.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance support, accounts receivable, billing, client service, or related functions.
