We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This entry-level role supports our Marketforce team by assisting with daily financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Pulling reports for reconciliations across multiple agencies.
• Reconciling payment trackers to ensure accurate postings.
• Resolving payment discrepancies.
• Processing payment returns efficiently.
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• High school diploma plus some tertiary qualification in finance.
• Proficiency in multitasking and self-directed work.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Word and PDF; advanced skills in Excel.
• Experience with payment reconciliations.
• Trustworthiness and discretion.
