Investment Advisor Service Associate - Client Ops

Correct Capital Wealth Management is a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) in downtown Clayton, MO. and we are looking for an experienced Investment Advisor Service Associate. We are honored to serve the financial planning and investment needs of our clients, and retirement plans of dozens of employers across the Midwest. The role is collectively responsible for operational tasks and handling client requests and transactions, ensuring effective communication with clients and prospects.

• Facilitate, execute, and/or review a variety of client requests and transactions, including new account applications, funds movement, and related organization and follow‑through.
• Serve as a liaison to custodians, money managers, accountants, and other external advisors/vendors.
• Assist with marketing and coordinating events.
• Learn and run various specialized financial software applications.
• Create and update various Excel reports, database projects, and other special projects as directed by the CEO and Founder.
• Work 30‑40 hours a week (accommodations available).

• Bachelor's degree with a business or accounting/finance emphasis preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities/resourcefulness.
• Detail‑oriented and thorough with a desire to produce error‑free output.
• Proactive self‑starter with demonstrated initiative and proven project ownership skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with portfolio management systems (Black Diamond, Red Tail, Outlook, Marketing Pro) and/or Fidelity Wealthscape considered a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Prior experience in an Investment Advisor Service Associate role preferred.

• Competitive salary paid semi‑monthly – annual base salary range $55,000–$65,000 dependent on previous tenure and experience.
• Individual Incentive – 10% annual bonus, paid semi‑annually.
