Summary:
Full-Time Availability:
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm - Springfield Essential Job Functions
- Demonstrate Legacy Bank and Trust corporate values in all situations and interactions.
- Underwrite and prepare LIHTC loan proposals for loan committee discussion.
- Review and produce renewal and modifications to existing credits.
- Periodically assist with loan reviews / annual cash flows of borrowers.
- Assist with the updating and annual maintenance of loan files to ensure the most current financial information has been obtained.
- Help coordinate various credit functions for the bank such as preparation for loan committee and upcoming regulatory exams.
- All tax credit underwriting related action including compliance support.
- Regularly attend and present information as necessary at all loan meetings as requirement by management.
- Complete all required training as well as ABA assigned courses.
- All other duties as assigned.
- The ability to handle multiple functions at the same time
- Positive attitude and highly motivated
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience
- Equivalent of a high school diploma, college degree preferred.
- Tax Return Analysis Experience
- Prior experience as a credit analyst is preferred.
- Seeing:
Must be able to see well enough to see computer screen and read documents (75-100% of work time spent on activity). - Hearing:
Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with customers, vendors, and employees (75-100% of work time spent on activity). - Sitting:
Must be able to sit for long periods of time (50-74% of work time spent on activity). - Standing/Walking:
Must be able to move about office (25-49% of work time spent on activity). - Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling:
Must be able to stoop or kneel to pick up paper products or materials (0-24% of work time spent on activity). - Lifting/Pulling/Pushing:
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds (0-24% of work time spent on activity). - Grasping/Feeling:
Must be able to write, type and use technical equipment (75-100% of work time spent on activity).
