- Record and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable, cash receipts, expense review, and other entries.
- Participate in closing activities, including reconciliations, general accruals, financial statement preparation and analysis, and all other close focus areas.
- Conduct and lead daily reconciliation of statements, investigating and resolving any found items.
- Manage AP process, including vendor onboarding, expense coding, and 1099 filings.
- Coordinate with and provide direction to external/outsourced accounting resources for month-end close responsibilities.
- Provide support during external audits, ensuring all relevant documentation is accurate and readily available.
- Monitor and analyze employee expense reimbursements to ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Execute internal and external cash transfers/wires.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 0 – 2 years of relevant professional finance/accounting experience (preferably industry experience).
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Experience with MS Office Suite, advanced proficiency with Excel (strongly preferred).
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good organizational and time‑management skills.
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial and quickly evolving environment.
