Agfinancial, based in Springfield, MO, is seeking a Director of Credit to lead financial analysis and evaluate loan requests. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, a CPA or an accounting background with nonprofit audit experience. This role includes oversight of specialty lending portfolios, managing credit risk, and establishing credit policies in alignment with organizational goals.

The position reports to the Executive Vice President, Chief Loan Officer.
