Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a 401(k) / Pension Administrator, located in Greater St. Louis. Responsibilities include administering employer‑sponsored retirement plans such as 401(k), Defined Benefit, and Defined Contribution plans. The role involves plan compliance, recordkeeping, ensuring timely reporting, and assisting in plan design and consulting. The Administrator will also work directly with clients to provide high‑quality service and solutions tailored to their needs.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Pension Administration and Defined Benefit plan management
  • Strong understanding of Defined Contribution plans and Employee Benefits
  • Familiarity with compliance, recordkeeping, and financial reporting for retirement plans
  • Exceptional organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in employer‑sponsored retirement plans or a similar financial services field is beneficial
  • Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for retirement plan administration
