Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Tax Credit Associate in Springfield, MO. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in tax credit finance, with a focus on real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits. Candidates in St. Louis are strongly preferred, and an active bar license in the corresponding state is required or must be obtained promptly.
Duties- Advise clients on tax credit finance and development matters.
- Collaborate with teams on real estate finance projects.
- Manage New Markets Tax Credits transactions.
- Conduct legal research and draft related documents.
- Minimum of four years of tax credit experience.
- Experience with real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits.
- Active bar license in the relevant state or commitment to obtain one.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
CertificationsActive bar membership in good standing.
