Schedule: Day Shift, Weekly

• Reports directly to the VP of Finance and Revenue Cycle.
• Prepares internal documentation for Medicare and Medicaid cost reports.
• Performs detailed reviews and analysis of third‑party payer reimbursement and develops impact analysis of payer changes.
• Analyzes pricing structure and recommends tactical pricing adjustments.
• Evaluates and implements a payer contract modeling system.
• Prepares monthly financial statement estimates for valuing the net realizable value of accounts receivable.
• Conducts special reimbursement projects as needed.
• Oversees and develops staff under the reimbursement director.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field (required);
  Master’s Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration (preferred).
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 5 years of accounting or leadership experience.
• Skills:
  
  Effective interpersonal skills with staff, public and external agencies; initiative; good judgment and decision‑making; problem solving; critical thinking; conflict management; negotiation; personnel development.
• Licensure/Certification:
  Certified Public Accountant (required).
