Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Funds Associate with three to five years of experience for any of its offices, including a virtual office, except in New Jersey, New York, or California. The position involves advising investment funds and investors throughout their lifecycle.
Duties- Advise investment funds and investors at all lifecycle stages.
- Collaborate with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit.
- Manage multiple projects and articulate legal strategies effectively.
- Three to five years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience with private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds preferred.
- Active bar license in the corresponding state or commitment to obtain one.
- Excellent academic credentials required.
- Active bar license required.
- Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Exceptional judgment and proactive, dynamic approach.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.
