We’re looking for a Senior Director of Manufacturing Sciences & Technology (MSAT) to lead process validation and MSAT strategy as multiple drug product programs move toward commercialization
.
This is a highly visible,
on‑site leadership role where hands‑on process validation experience is essential
. You’ll act as the technical authority for PPQ, support DP aseptic fill‑finish programs, and help build MSAT capability in a growing organization.
- Deep experience leading process validation (PPQ / Stage
2) - Strong background in DP, aseptic fill‑finish (packaging exposure a plus)
- Proven MSAT leadership — building teams and capability
- CDMO experience ideal, but strong pharma MSAT leaders considered
