We are seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. We offer both full‑time and part‑time opportunities with competitive pay in a supportive, mission‑driven, clinician‑led environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design and oversee behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
- Train and collaborate with caregivers, educators, and behavior technicians
- Analyze data and adjust interventions to ensure optimal client progress
- Maintain compliance with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards
- Flexible schedules (hourly & salaried options available)

- In‑house CEUs on new and progressive ABA assessment, curricula, and intervention

- Active BCBA certification and Missouri licensure (or eligibility)
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
