Direct Support Professional – Springfield, MO (Part Time)

Pay range: $16–$18 an hour

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. The role involves providing support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes, helping them with daily living activities and encouraging them to reach their goals and live a fulfilling life. We are hiring caregivers for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

• Assisting individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and household chores
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Running errands and accompanying individuals to appointments or community activities

• At least 18 years old
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• High School Diploma or GED
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Availability to work weekends and evenings
