Position Details:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors in rehabilitation, education, social work, higher education or related field.
Experience:
Three years of relevant work experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience:
Combined human services and business experience.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
Skills:
Supervision of staff with strong leadership skills.
Great organizational and strategizing skills.
Good oral and written communication skills; public speaking experience.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of Healthcare industry.
Computer knowledge, including database, spreadsheet, and word processing.
