Mercy - - - Responsibilities:
Assist pharmacists in preparing, compounding, and dispensing medications.;
Manage more complex medication distribution processes and/or function in specialized areas.;
Demonstrate mastery of pharmacy dispensing, standard compounding procedures, and prescription adjudication, copay and financial assistance, POS, ordering, and inventory management.;
Operate and troubleshoot pharmacy automation technology systems and related software; use electronic health records and pharmacy information systems.;
Train and orient new co-workers and float to other pharmacies as needed.
