We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our integrated healthcare team in a primary care setting.
Responsibilities- Behavioral health assessments, counseling, and care coordination
- Collaborate with primary care providers
- Participate in school and community outreach programs
- Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Master’s in Social Work (MSW)
- LCSW license or eligibility
- Prior experience in clinical or medical settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Monday–Friday in an outpatient clinic.
Compensation & Benefits- Competitive salary ($70,000–$85,000)
