Occupational Therapist – Therapy Services – Home Health and/or Inpatient – PRN (Days)

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical, communication, and cognitive skills
• Utilize evidence‑based techniques and modalities to enhance rehab outcomes
• Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures
• Offer guidance on home exercise programs to support ongoing progress
• Communicate effectively with providers, nurses, and other team members to coordinate care plans

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• 2-3 years of experience
• BLS required
