About the role:
The Clinical Applications Specialist will provide training and support for Vision RT’s customers as required by Vision RT’s Business Plan and in accordance with Vision RT’s Quality Management System.
Key Responsibilities will include
- Liaising closely with key customer sites to develop clinical protocols
- Attending exhibitions and providing product demonstrations/assisting sales at customer sites
- Providing clinical applications training to customers both on site and remotely, as well as creating and implementing support training information (workflows, user guides, e-learning courses)
- Providing phone support to customers and colleagues on the clinical operation of Vision RT systems
- Coordinating or leading customer and/or employee training classes. May also conduct group presentations at seminars, training programs and trade shows
- Liaising with R&D to provide product feedback and recommendations for improvement, and providing testing and feedback analysis to development staff
- Assisting in generating customer information bulletins (CIB) and tracking and delivery of those bulletins
- Associate degree or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
- 3+ years minimum experience in Clinical radiotherapy environment
- AlignRT/OSMS experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent communications skills
- Experienced working in a fast paced commercial or clinical environment
- Must have a valid driver's license and passport is required as 90-100% of this role involves travel both domestic and international
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $120,000 to $150,000 per year; however, while the salary range is effective as of the date of this posting, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including but not limited to experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as bonus, commissions, or discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
