Are you a skilled phlebotomist who enjoys working independently and providing exceptional patient care? We’re seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to join our growing team serving patients throughout the St Louis, Missouri region — visiting patient homes, skilled nursing and assisted living communities, and bringing quality laboratory services directly to the people who need them most.

• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare locations across St Louis, Missouri
• Collect blood specimens using expert venipuncture and capillary collection techniques
• Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling, integrity, and transport
• Provide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and healthcare partners
• Complete required documentation and communicate clearly with laboratory and facility staff

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred
• Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patients
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, current auto insurance (100/300/100), and age 21+
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The self‑direction to work independently and manage a flexible schedule

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy work experience required.
• Valid state-issued Driver License; must be at least 21 years old.
• Clean driving record for last 5 years; own reliable transportation, must provide proof of required auto insurance coverage (100/300/100).
• Clean criminal history, as required for positions with direct patient care; some states require additional background checks including fingerprinting.
• Phlebotomy Certification from an accredited training school or equivalent, preferred.
• Home Draws:
  Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy work experience required; additional credentialing requirements must be successfully completed prior to working on our Home Draw team!
• Must possess a passion for safety and customer service.
