Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Long Term Care (LTC) facility at Tide Health Group – Oregon Care Center
.

This role involves working under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to deliver rehabilitative care, therapeutic interventions, and patient support for residents with mobility and functional limitations.

• Setting: Long Term Care (LTC) / Rehab
• Work Type: Skilled Nursing / Rehab environment

• Assist PT in delivering treatment plans and interventions
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility support
• Use assistive devices and modalities as prescribed
• Monitor and report patient progress to supervising PT
• Document treatments accurately in EMR
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques
• Participate in care planning and team meetings

• LTC/Rehab-focused patient population
• Hands‑on patient care environment
• Strong collaboration with PT and care team

Active Missouri PTA License
Minimum 1 year PTA experience
LTC or Rehab experience REQUIRED

• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Shift: 8-hour days (flexible start time)
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Weekend: None (only if making up holiday hours)
• On-call: None

Must submit at posted rate ($58/hr)
Flexible schedule but must remain consistent
Supervision required under PT
