Psychology opportunity in Springfield (West/Central).

Seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) committed to a minimum 6‑month term. Competitive pay and flexible hours. Direct one‑on‑one ABA services in client homes or community sites. Positions begin part‑time.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, using evidence‑based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill‑building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Job Details:

• Services provided in clients' homes or community‑based locations.
• All positions start part‑time; a 6‑month commitment is required.
